To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
· Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
· Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
· Be returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge (danish customers only). Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at woodwood.com

Sale items are not exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.


Exchanges in W.W. Stores
In our stores you have the possibility of exchanging items bought on woodwood.com. You may exchange to a different item, get a gift certificate or get a refund. If you wish to return an item bought online in one of our stores, the used creditcard for purchase will be credited within 14 days. Please print and bring the receipt you received via email when you placed your order. If the item is a gift, you will have to ask the person who gave it to you for the receipt.
