How do I place an order?
After you have added an item to your basket, you will be prompted to review your basket. Here, you may review all items in your basket, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your basket, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. We ship worldwide via FedEx and services from UPS and via Post Danmark and GLS within Denmark. You will now proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and PayPal as well. Once you have placed your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail. The purchase amount will be withdrawn when we ship your order. Your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark.

How do I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.

Where is my order confirmation?
If for some reason, you did not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder and add webstore@woodwood.com to your safe sender list. You are otherwise welcome to contact our Customer Service.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Do I need to set up an account / register to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account nor be registered to place an order at Wood Wood Webstore. If you wish to join the Wood Wood Club, you will be able to make easy check-out.

How much taxes and duties will I have to pay?
When shopping on woodwood.com from outside the EU our pricing is set to accommodate any import taxes you may encounter. Therefore the price you see is excluding the 25% Danish VAT. An item sold to customers outside the EU, risks paying local import taxes on the item. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and are set by the local tax authorities in your country.

How soon can I get my order?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service we provide. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We can ship one order to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country.

Can I cancel my order?
Wood Wood Webstore is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed online and you have received an order confirmation. After 2pm you cannot cancel your order but you may return it. Please call or e-mail Customer Service for cancellation of your order.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order.

Can I track my order?
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Denmark. You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of Wood Wood Webstore or on www.fedex.com or www.ups.com or www.postdanmark.dk by inserting the tracking number supplied. Shipping times will vary. Please refer to our shipping section for more information. Wood Wood Webstore cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return your purchase, please refer to our Return and Exchanges section and follow the easy steps listed there.
