Return policy
Online: When returning gifts purchased online, the money will be refunded to the buyer’s payment option. It is not possible to alter the refund destination or return in exchange for products or a gift card. It is only possible to return the item(s) bought online.

In-store: In store, it is possible to return both gifts bought in-store and online. A receipt or an order confirmation (online) stating the price of the item(s) must be present to process the return. Please ask the person you have received the gift(s) from to provide this. If an exchange mark is present on the gift(s), it is possible to exchange the item(s) for other products in-store or to receive a voucher for future purchases. If a monetary exchange is desired, it can be done via the chosen credit card presented by the customer.


To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
· Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
· Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
· Be returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.

Free Return Denmark
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
3. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and return it to your nearest post office.
4. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.


Return from Germany
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service on [email protected] if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 7, GBP 10)
4. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick-up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You receive a refund receipt email.

Return from the UK
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service on [email protected] if you wish to use our return service and we will provide a return label (Price GBP 10) and a copy of your invoice.
4. Attach the return label and 3 copies of your invoice to the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick-up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You receive a refund receipt email.


Return United States
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service on [email protected] if you wish to use our return service (Price USD 30)
4. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick-up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.


Return within the EU
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service on [email protected] if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 20)
4. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick-up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.


Return Rest of the World
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service on [email protected] if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 40)
4. Attach the return label to the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick-up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.


Exchanges in W.W. Stores
In our stores, you have the possibility of exchanging items bought on woodwood.com. You may exchange to a different item, get a gift certificate or get a refund. If you wish to return an item bought online in one of our stores, the used credit card for purchase will be credited within 14 days. Please print and bring the receipt you received via email when you placed your order. If the item is a gift, you will have to ask the person who gave it to you for the receipt.
