Free Return Denmark

If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the box and deliver it to your nearest post office.
4. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
5. You will receive a refund receipt on your e-mail.

Return Germany & UK
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 7, GBP 10).
4. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You will receive a refund receipt on your e-mail



Return United States
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service if you wish to use our return service (Price USD 30).
4. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You will receive a refund receipt on your e-mail


Return within the EU
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 20).
4. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You will receive a refund receipt on your e-mail


Return Rest of the World
If you wish to return your purchase, just follow these easy steps:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the original shipping box.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it in the box.
3. Contact our Customer Service if you wish to use our return service (Price EUR 40).
4. Attach the Returns Label on the outside of the box and call your local UPS service to arrange a pick up.
5. After your return arrives we will issue a refund to your account within 14 working days.
6. You will receive a refund receipt on your e-mail.


Exchanges


Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at woodwood.com

Sale items are not exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

Exchanges in W.W. Stores
In our stores you have the possibility of exchanging items bought on woodwood.com. You may exchange to a different item or to a gift certificate, but we are unable to make any refunds.
If you wish to return an item bought online in one of our stores, the used creditcard for purchase will be credited within 14 days.

If you would like to do an exchange or return in a Wood Wood store, please print and bring the receipt you received via email when you placed your order. If the item is a gift, you will have to ask the person who gave it to you for the receipt.

Return Policy


Wood Wood Webstore has 14 days return policy.
Your returned item must arrive at our warehouse no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that Wood Wood Webstore will accept the order for refund.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
Wood Wood Webstore will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. The return shipping fee will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original tags.

2. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.


3. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.


4. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.


5. Make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box so the original packaging is not damaged.


6. We prefer that items are returned through Wood Wood return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
